Our Safety Standards

The selection of our rental car partners is based on the strictest criteria – because your safety is our top priority.

Even when vehicles are arranged through external partners, we ensure that each vehicle is thoroughly checked, with particular attention to:

• Tyre quality
• Suspension and shock absorption
• General maintenance condition

All vehicles are handed over fully insured – please review the applicable insurance terms, which we provide transparently.

The same high standards we apply to our own safari vehicles also apply to every rental vehicle we offer.

After all, when travelling Namibia’s remote and often lengthy routes, a reliable and well-maintained vehicle with at least:

• two spare tyres,
• durable off-road tyres, and
• a solid maintenance history

is absolutely essential.
