Key Information About the E-Visa
The visa itself will only be stamped into your passport upon arrival.
For this reason, the term “e-Visa” is somewhat misleading—it is essentially an e-Visa application process.
Please ensure that the form is completed accurately and truthfully.

✔ A recent digital passport photo (must be uploaded)
✔ A copy of your passport (must be uploaded)
Filling Out the Application – Important Notes
1. Funds Upon Arrival (“Will you have money on arrival in Namibia?”)
You must answer “Yes” to this question.
You will then be asked to specify the amount of Namibian Dollars (N$) you will carry in cash.
Example: If you bring approximately € 230 in cash, this currently equals around N$ 4,300.
Additionally, you should be able to present your credit card upon entry to confirm your financial means.
2. „Places to Be Visited in Namibia“
You will receive a Confirmation of Travel / Invitation from us, which verifies that your trip is fully paid and that you are traveling with Leaflove Safari.
While this document is not usually required, it can be helpful in case of inquiries at the border.
Additionally, we provide a list of all booked accommodations with contact details, which you can simply copy and paste into the relevant application field.
After Submitting the Application
Once the application is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation with a payment link.
The visa fee can be conveniently paid by credit card.
After payment, you will receive another confirmation, which must be presented upon arrival!
Important Entry Requirements
1. Traveling with Children
• You must carry full birth certificates for all children.
• If only one parent is traveling: A certified consent form from the non-traveling parent is required.
2. Important Documents for Entry
While the online confirmation is usually sufficient, the Ministry reserves the right to request additional documents. Therefore, please carry the following:
✅ Proof of full payment for your Leaflove Safari tour (You will receive the document Invitation_Confirmation_SafariBooking from us)
✅ Overview of your itinerary with accommodation details (You will receive the document Short Itinerary Lay-out from us)
✅ Possibly a recent bank statement (This is our recommendation, but it is rarely or probably never requested)
✅ Return flight ticket or confirmation thereof
✅ Proof of medical or travel insurance
3. Passport Validity
• Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry.
• Your passport must contain at least three blank pages.
Multiple Entries Are Allowed!
💡 Did you know? This visa is a multiple-entry visa!
This means you can leave Namibia during your trip (e.g., to Botswana or South Africa) and re-enter without any issues.
