Birdwatching in Namibia with guides who know where to look

Namibia is a dream destination for birdwatchers. More than 700 bird species live here in a compact area between desert, savanna, the Atlantic coast and the wetlands of the north-east, including endemics such as the Dune Lark. Our birding tours are guided individual tours for ornithologists, keen amateur birders and nature photographers. Our guides are passionate birders themselves, know the territories of rare species and plan each day around light, season and bird activity.

Three tours to choose from: Avifauna Namibia covers all of the country’s key habitats, including two days on our own Nomtsas conservation area. Larks & Deserts focuses on the desert birds of the south. Warblers & Pachyderms combines birding with wildlife viewing.
